Draft · pending qualified legal review
Terms of use
These terms describe the NoticeClear beta. They are a draft and have not had qualified legal review. The matching draft is in docs/gdpr/terms.md.
What you are using
NoticeClear helps you organise a private parking charge notice from England or Wales and prepare a letter. It does not act as your solicitor. It does not file a claim. It does not tell you that a notice is void.
What you control
Letters are sent after advice from a legally qualified adviser. NoticeClear is not a firm of solicitors. Reviewed rules control whether a ground is available. You control what is submitted. A letter is not treated as sent until you approve the version, the hash, the recipient, the attachments, and the sending identity. In this beta the mail and payment steps are simulated.
Scope
Council penalty charge notices, and notices from Scotland or Northern Ireland, are outside this beta. Rules, grounds, and citations stay in draft until a qualified reviewer releases them.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the facts you submit are the ones you want used. You do not upload someone else’s medical information unless you have a proper basis to do so. You keep your password to yourself.
Liability
The draft position is that the beta is provided so you can prepare a letter, and that you remain responsible for what you send and for any deadline. A finished limitation of liability needs qualified legal review before anyone relies on it.
